We guarantee Door Jamb Armor to be free from manufacturers defects for one year from the date of purchase.
Please take care in ordering and make sure that your measurements are correct. If you have any doubt about the accuracy of your measurements, please consider ordering our universal products.
1. In order to return any item, you must first contact customer service to receive an RMA#. When returning your product, this RMA# should be displayed clearly on the outside of the package.
2. All “Door Jamb Armor” components come with a thirty (30) day money back guarantee. Should you be dissatisfied with “Door Jamb Armor” for any reason please return the product to the place of purchase in its original packaging for a complete refund.
3. Any components that are received damaged should be reported to our Customer Service Center as soon as possible. Instructions will be given on how to proceed. Please have the packing slip available for quick reference and efficient service.
4. Returns for components that have been altered or damaged in a manner that is not attributable to shipping (this includes drill holes) will be accepted but may be subject to a restocking fee. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all items returned as damaged merchandise.
5. After thirty (30) days items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
6. Shipping Costs:
- Returns: The customer is responsible for shipping on all returns.
- Exchanges: A&G Security will pay the shipping for exchanges that are the result of manufacturing defects.
- Customer will be responsible for shipping on all exchanges that are not the result of a manufacturing defect
